Merchandise Replacements and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In the unlikely event that items are missing from your order, you’ve received an incorrect item, or an item is damaged in any way, please submit a request to our Helpdesk: [email protected].
Once we resolve your ticket, please give us 24-48 hours to process your replacement order.
We do not offer a replacement on out-of-stock items. If a replacement cannot be completed due to unavailable stock, a refund will be issued.
We have no control over customs fees, and they vary by country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
Shipping and Handling Times for Exchanges:
95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
The cut-off time for Same-Day Shipping, Second Day, and Overnight Orders is 10 am PST. Any orders placed after that time will likely ship the following business day.
If you accidentally purchased a higher quantity of tickets than intended, please contact our Helpdesk within 48 hours. All other ticket sales to in-person events are considered donations and not eligible for a refund. If you decide not to attend, please inform our Helpdesk with your order number.
All donations are non-refundable.
