Welcome to the America First Foundation website (the “Site”), which is operated by America First Foundation (the “Foundation”). All prices for products listed for sale of this Site are displayed in U.S. Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
